Our products contain natural botanical extracts, medicinal plant extracts, essential oils and vegetal fermentation filtrates. We therefore recommend to anyone with sensitive skin to first test the creams and lotions on a small patch of skin for any potential allergic reaction.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Due to the high content of natural ingredients our products have an 18-month shelf life, provided they are kept cool, dry and away from excessive heat. We recommend that all preparations be used within 6 months of opening, in order to benefit from the full strength of the plant extracts and essential oils.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your purchases from us. If, however, you are not pleased with your purchase we request that you return the products to us within 14 days, completely unused, and in their original packaging, to obtain a refund or exchange. Please notify us prior to this by email: info@emocean.biz

BALANCE
Some years ago I sustained a sports injury to my right knee. For the last fifteen years it has given me considerable pain. Doctors have told me the problem is fair wear and tear and may be able to be improved using surgery. I am reluctant to take that chance. I have been trying a succession of creams and oils over the years with little success. My wife recently introduced me to your BALANCE cream, which at first I treated with some skepticism. But now I have to admit, it actually does work. I have applied it to the affected areas three times a day, and for the first time in many years I am completely free of pain. Thank you so much.
The BALANCE cream is all over my shoulder and arm where every muscle is aching from lugging heavy diving gear and clambering on and off boats yesterday. Yes, all lotions and potions are working wonderfully and will be included in the dive kit from now on.
I picked up a hockey stick last week for the first time in decades. After an hour and a half of play on a fast 1/4 size astro turf pitch, I knew my leg muscles were going to protest heavily in the next few hours/days. So I applied copious amounts of BALANCE all over them before going to bed that night. I knew it was working as I lay in bed awake by the excruciating pain in my ankles, where I had not applied BALANCE, however my legs where pain free. Just thought you would like to know that you can add 'PRICKLY HEAT' to the list of skin conditions that can be successfully treated with your lotions & potions. After using your BODY SOOTHER cream only about half a dozen times, the heat rash that I had for the last 4 to 5 months on my shoulders, back of the neck, top of the arm and my back has completely gone. ... Another emocean winner!
I am plagued with skin infections every few months. The doctors at the hospital tell me it is a combination of living in the tropics and my diabetes. My current attack started a week ago. I have been treating the affected area with the cream supplied by the hospital. I was able to try a sample of BODY SOOTHER. A thin application to the affected area produced a comforting warm sensation which seemed to soothe away most of the irritation.
The new batch of cream has arrived and the effect is quite frankly astonishing. I woke this morning after three days using your preparation to find all of the itching and the urge to scratch has gone.
